By using FUSH, you agree to the following terms. FUSH is an advertising platform that connects clients and workers for occasional services.

1. About the platform / O platformi

FUSH is an advertising platform connecting clients with service workers. FUSH does not perform services, does not employ workers, and is not a party to agreements between users.

2. Registration and account / Registracija in račun

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
• You provide truthful information (name, email).
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
• FUSH reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Rules of use / Pravila uporabe

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or illegal content
• Harass, insult, or discriminate against other users
• Abuse the rating or messaging system

Users must respect agreements made with other users.

4. Payment / Plačilo

FUSH does not charge commissions. Money is exchanged in person (cash) between the client and worker after the job is completed. FUSH is not responsible for non-payment or payment disputes between users.

5. Tax responsibility / Davčna odgovornost

Users are solely responsible for reporting income to tax authorities in accordance with applicable law. FUSH does not issue invoices for work performed between users. FUSH issues invoices only for its own subscription services.

6. Subscriptions / Naročnine

The app offers free use with limited features. Additional features are available via subscriptions (FUSH+, FUSH Pro). Subscriptions are billed monthly. Details about pricing and features are available in the app.

7. User content / Uporabniška vsebina

FUSH has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

• Users are responsible for all content they publish (listings, photos, messages, reviews).
• It is prohibited to post illegal, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Users may report inappropriate content or abusive behavior at any time using the "Report" feature in the app.
• FUSH will review all reports and take action within 24 hours — including content removal and account suspension for offending users.
• FUSH reserves the right to remove content and users that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability / Omejitev odgovornosti

FUSH is only an intermediary between users. We do not take responsibility for:

• Quality, safety, or legality of services performed
• Truthfulness of user data or identity
• Any damage arising from agreements between users
• Loss of data or service interruptions

9. Changes to terms / Spremembe pogojev

FUSH reserves the right to change these terms. We will notify you of significant changes in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
