TERMS
Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
Welcome to FUSH! By using the FUSH application, you accept the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About the platform
FUSH is a listing platform that connects clients and service providers. FUSH does not perform services, does not employ providers, and is not a party to agreements between users. The platform enables posting listings, communication, and arranging services.
2. Registration and account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the application.
- You provide truthful information (name, surname, email) during registration.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
- FUSH reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Usage rules
Users agree to:
- not post false, misleading, or illegal content
- not harass, insult, or discriminate against other users
- not abuse the rating or messaging system
- respect agreements made with other users
- resolve all disputes directly with the other party
4. Payment and commissions
FUSH does not charge commissions on completed work. Payment is settled directly between the client and provider after the work is done — they agree on the amount and method themselves. FUSH does not prescribe, transfer, hold, or mediate any payment and is not responsible for non-payment or disputes between users.
5. Legal compliance (Slovenia: ZPDZC-1)
Users are solely responsible for reporting income to tax authorities in accordance with applicable law. Subscriptions (FUSH+, FUSH Pro) are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play — invoices for subscriptions are issued by Apple or Google. FUSH does not report user earnings to tax authorities and does not act as a tax representative.
FUSH is an advertising platform under Article 6 of the Slovenian Prevention of Undeclared Work and Employment Act (ZPDZC-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 32/2014). FUSH is not an employer, does not employ providers, and is not a party to agreements between users.
Lawful arrangements you may post or accept on FUSH (under Slovenian law):
- Neighborly help (Article 8 ZPDZC-1) — unpaid, between individuals living in close proximity, with no written contract.
- Family help (Article 9) — unpaid, between relatives in the direct or collateral line up to the third degree, or in-laws up to the second degree.
- Humanitarian, charitable or emergency work (Articles 10 and 11) — without payment.
- Personal supplementary work — ODD (Article 12) — paid. The provider must be registered with AJPES before starting. For Group A activities (household help, child or elderly care, tutoring, translations, pet care) the client purchases a voucher (EUR 14.54 per calendar month, from 1 April 2026). The provider’s annual income limit is EUR 9,156.12; the half-yearly limit is EUR 4,578.06.
- Registered business — the provider holds a valid sole proprietorship (s.p.), limited company (d.o.o.) or other legal form.
By posting or accepting a gig, you explicitly declare that the work is performed under one of the lawful arrangements listed above. Undeclared work is not permitted.
Penalties under ZPDZC-1 (Articles 21 and 22):
- individual performing undeclared work: EUR 1,000 – 7,000
- self-employed person or legal entity: EUR 2,000 – 26,000
- individual enabling undeclared work (e.g. the client): EUR 1,000 – 5,000
- legal entity enabling undeclared work: EUR 2,600 – 15,600
Upon a written request from supervisory authorities (FURS — the Slovenian Financial Administration, IRSD — the Labor Inspectorate, or the police) FUSH will share the data we hold about a user and their listings (Articles 6 and 18 of ZPDZC-1; Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
FUSH is not a legal advisor. For individual guidance please consult a qualified tax or legal professional, or in Slovenia call SPOT (080 20 02, Mon–Fri 8.00–22.00).
If you use FUSH outside Slovenia: most countries have similar concepts (neighborly / family help, supplementary-work schemes, registered businesses), but the specifics differ. Please check the rules in your own jurisdiction.

7. User content
FUSH has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Users are responsible for all content they publish (listings, photos, messages, reviews). It is prohibited to post illegal, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
Users may report inappropriate content or abusive behavior at any time using the "Report" feature in the app. FUSH will review all reports and take action as soon as possible — including content removal and account suspension for offending users.
FUSH reserves the right to remove content and users that violate these terms without prior notice.
8. Limitation of liability

- the quality, safety, or legality of services performed

- any damages arising from agreements between users
- data loss or service interruptions
Users use the platform at their own risk.
9. Changes to terms
FUSH reserves the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes within the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
